Sauces and dressings
PuraMYL® 300 delivers shine and prevents syneresis in standard sauces, and controls oil separation and emulsion stability in acidic dressings. PuraMYL® 700 — currently under development — extends performance to powdered gravies and cheese sauces under strong heat treatment, with smooth, shiny texture after freezing and reheating.
Meat products
PuraMYL® 300 delivers firm bite and syneresis prevention in whole-muscle ham at 25% injection level. PuraMYL® 340 provides juiciness and stability in sterilised canned meats, and improves crispiness, adhesion and reduced oil uptake in batter and coating systems for formed and whole-muscle meat.
Processed cheese
PuraMYL® 340 delivers the sliceability and stretch that processed cheese formats demand, without the E-number declaration that modified starches require. A clean-label route to the texture performance your customers expect.
